OK see sig for mods(cam etc). Durring winter storage I added a shaner TB. I drilled out the tb plate to make the hole bigger. Now the car when cold fires up is just WONT idle??? and cdies out. It was fine b4 my new tb.
And after I drive it up the block it idles fine. What do I need to do? drill more? change something in EDIT?

Drilling the blade "should" make it idle higher (at least
keep it off the floor) but letting the IAC do its job,
with a little education, would have been better.
Have you tried to force an idle relearn? Seems to
me that it should learn on its own, if you don't
"crutch" it. Just keep on starting it and let it die
if it wants, it should wise up. However it wouldn't
hurt to make sure the IAC motor is hooked up,
has no bind down the bore (from epoxy globbage
or whatever), etc. No telling what old crusty IAC
might be under that shiny powder coating...?
