Center Exhaust Setup ? Ok so I just picked up my 02 SS and its got my favorite exhaust tips on it, the CME Center mount Exhaust... My question is... If I wanted to put Magnaflow exhaust on it, what setup would I have to purchase for it to be installed properly??? WITHOUT having to buy the "Center Quad Outlet" Setup for $1,086 because I wouldnt be using the quad tips... I like the SLP CME look...
Purchasing the muffler by itself? Is all I need is just a muffler, piping and then keep my tips???
What is the diameter of stock piping?
I want the sound of Magna, but with the SLP CME look to it... how is this possible? Thanks! Any feedback would be great!
Down the road I am installing LT headers, and hopefully an ORY and eventually a Cam...

If you are changing to a catless exhaust and cam, hold
up on that muffler swap - it may just get loud enough to
suit you. Mine sounds great with the "factory" CME now
that nothing forward is stock.

My magnaflow sounded great with high flow cats and lt's. When I changed to the cme it was too quiet. Put off road pipes on and sounds perfect, everyone says they love it. Great compromise between to loud and not loud enough. If you desire to change it then should just be a muffler swap, I'm still using the magnaflow mid and over axle pipe.
