I've ported my previous tb's myself as well, but I will say you made it look better! Im gonna have to take my time on the tb on the new car. i would like to see Dyno comparisons of going from a stock tb to a home portedtb, has anyone done that?

what grit sanding rolls did you finish with? I ported 2 recently and they're smooth I just didn't get as good of a finish.

I started with 60 grit and I finished with 120 grit rolls but then I used 3 different polishing "scotch-bright" wheels then I used the cloth wheel with polishing compound to finish.

I could have made it a bit better, but I didn't have any more scotch-bright wheels.
