So I ported and polished my TB today, I think it came out pretty good. I would like to have polished it more, but it was very smooth as it was.
I re installed it, it feels like the throttle is more responsive, but that could be just in my mind.
I know you guys have seen this a million times, but I thought I'd share anyways.
EDIT: added a pic of the whistler mod. Yes, I'm on a doughnut at the moment.![Sad](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_sad.gif)
It looks like I painted where I wasn't supposed to on the high beam, but I didn't. It's just a reflection.

Thanks for the compliments guys.
Just used my dremel with the sanding drums, then I used the polishing wheels for it.
Whistler mod has to do with painting part of the headlights black.

Thanks a lot man.
Much of that thickness is from the raised outer lip/rib that keeps the bellows from slipping off.
I didn't want to grind that off and have the bellows slip of or something.
EDIT: also, I didn't want to screw anything up if I went too deep.
