Not aware of an obx manifold of any sort for ls engines, what are you referring to???
Progress report, I have the outsides of the runners sanded down &polished most of the way, still have hours of work on the insides of the runners. Almost ready to polish my 2nd set of plenums I've made.
Still barely started on 2 into 1 for throttle body. Need something for vacuum connections, throttle cable bracket & support for plenums, since runners connect to base with rubber connectors. Also need to add material to base & bottom of runners to make D-shaped area rounder for rubber connectors to seal. Lot left to do.
May mount throttle body upside down to not have cable running up top.
Kinda slows progress down when life keeps happening, like getting home from work 9:00 on Friday night. Eh

Got some welding & a little bit of polishing done. Sat the new intake on top of mine at a car show Saturday. Got a 2nd place modified class trophy. Funny how many people asked how the hood could close with that supercharger on top.

Look at the picture in post #39. There is an aluminum pipe on the pass side. Will tack 2 together on center making a v looking shape running parallel with runners, enlarge area, & make plate on front to mount throttle body. Might put throttle body upside down to hide cable underneath.
I have the aluminum pipe tacked together for this, but may switch to stainless pipe like the runners because it shines & stays shiny so much better. Out of time to work on for now, but may still try to get done for Daytona turkey rod run.

Still haven't been able to make time to work on it since last post. Currently reworking my tiny work area at home & ran new electrical power to bring my tig welder home.
Hope to get back on it next year & many other of my ambitious projects once I have a better home work area.

Glad to hear you are still moving forward as you can, I know all about the small space/electrical issues. Currently saving to get 220 in to my garage but have to pull a bigger service drop and panel for the wife's ac first. Good luck with it and I'm sure we'll all keep an eye out for any updates!
