TSP Y pipe issues
This isn't going on here to bash on TSP by any way. I'm lowering my car 2" and will literally scrape the road, so is it something I did wrong when I installed the y-pipe orrr what? I hope someone who ran into a solution for this issue or TSP themselves can give me a few pointers before I resort to altering the Y-pipe all together or just getting rid of it. I love the thing but when I scrape everything at stock height...2" lower will be ugly..
You'be be surprised how much clearence you can gain twisting it left or right and matching the rest of it up.

As far as loosening up the header bolts again I'd rather not go through all of that again, but I've got everything off already as far as coil packs, plugs/wires, etc., so I might as well give it a shot. So as far as I understand adjust the pipe on the drivers side that attaches directly from the collector on the header that leads into the Y-pipe, correct?
dr_whigham, I read your thread and looked at the pictures, It looked like in one of them, you cut part of your under-body...was I seeing this correctly? My ideas as far as fixing the issue were something similar, BFH'ing the pan and using a torch to assist, and then possibly the same remedy on the piping.
TSP made a great product in this, I'm going to chalk it up as installation error, for now....I'll do my best for my own sake and in good faith that I'm in the better %50 of having no fitment issues, maybe since I've neglected her for a few month's she woll be kind to me

And also as far as not lowering it 2", that's the beauty of being able to call it my car..
