Default Headers - ARH or SLP 2000 ws6

shopping for headers im torn between the american racing headers or the slp's longtubes. 2000 ws6 no work done just magnaflow exhaust. im leaning towards the american racing headers, any ideas. also 1 and 3/4 or 1 7/8? appreciate any help i can get! ty

Slp headers are the worst headers ever made tgey give horrible ground clearance go arh end thread

The original ones were. They came out with a different design, similar to ARH.

I vote ARH because it's what I have and they are awesome in terms of construction quality, fit and ground clearance.

I have the SLP 1-3/4" on my car...they suck. Go with ARH.

I would buy eBay before SLP. Go with Kooks, ARH, or TSP 1 7/8

ARH headers rock. The best quality piece I have on my car. Worth every penny.

FYI my ARH fit great and install easy. Done it a few time on normal jack stands all the way up in the garage. Don't have to touch the motor mounts, and I have the stocks with the beefier poly inserts, the steering shaft, or the oil filter. I know with the TSP you have to take all that off, and the alt. to get the motor mount bolt out, to jack the motor up a bunch.
