Throttle body cable -> Drive by wire

Throttle body cable -> Drive by wire so the question is, can you switch your throttle body from cable to drive by wire? is it worth the switch and is it even possible. i run a FAST 92/92 combo, i also have ABS, TCS, and cruise control
