My manifold pressure readings fall into the normal range when logging. Would this not indicate that it is working properly? Or does the sensor itself need to be logged? Everything passed on the system readiness and specifically monitored tests.

Unplug the TPS sensor and look inside the wire end of the connector, is the little rubber seal deal inside? If not this is your problem, mine did it. The little rubber deal fell out and caused the TPS connector to move around changing TPS voltage to the computer.

EDIT, with the engine running wiggle the wires to the TPS, does the idle speed change?

Talking

I had the same problem with my intake swap. Turns out the foam part of the pcv line got a little tear in it about an inch before it goes into the throttle body. Idle and drive fine then idle up and down between 700-1400rpm. Put in a catch can when I replace that crappy part of pcv line.
