BBK Headers
Do the lontube BBK headers, http://www.bbkperformance.com/produc...ch-y-pipe.html, work with EGR and if not what would I do? Just leave it unplugged and tune it out?

You will get a Check Engine light as a consequence of not tuning out the EGR/AIR systems; if that doesn't bug you then it's fine, but you can't just "unplug" those systems. You must remove them/pull the AIR fuse/plug the EGR inlet on the front of the intake manifold/plug the AIR inlet at the back of the intake manifold. You must do this to avoid a vacuum leak.

As stated they are made as Race Headers, no EGR/Air/Cats.
If you decide to go that route, PM me before buying. I have the Ceramic and Chrome ones in stock, discounts for LS1Tech members,!

You'll find 3 hoses from the AIR system that route around under the hood and lead back to a round thing on the rear (driver) side of the intake. If you can get back there, there is supposed to be 1 little nub you can cap off. Well, I got tired of slicing my arms up under the cowl, and got lazy, so I just got back there with some snips and cut those hoses off as short as I could and plugged all three to be safe. They're completely back out of sight so I didn't really sweat the details.
Also, there is no reason to extend and continue to use rear O2 sensors in an off-road Y-pipe, but if you're not saving those rear o2s, you can just clip the wires off and use them in the bungs. Otherwise, yes, you do need bolts or something to plug those bungs.
