<-- to the previous post. I like properly done cars, no matter import/domestic. A big wing and fart can doesnt make you fast, just like a set of cobra wheels and badges ( or corvette wheels and ss badges for us) doesnt make you fast, just annoying. Thats my .02 and i feel better now.

Not a bad idea to cat your car. If they plug (i don't think you will have a problem), you can always knock the catalyst out.
The 6.0 is a great motor. Lots of the Jeep guys around here drop those engines in for the extra "wow" factor....and broken parts..LOL.
I'll let you know how my car sounds. I'm going to get it back today.

Ive seen 6.0 motors on youtube and on here. They seem to be fairly easy to draw good power out of them and are reliable and are "cheaper" to build/work on.
thanks for the reply.

Edelbock Stepped Longtube headers here with a TSP ORY and 3" borla catback. It's pretty loud but the fumes are minimal. There is some rasp between 1800-2400 rpm.
I'm thinking about adding some high flow cats just to eliminate rasp and prepare the car for a cam upgrade in the winter.

02 chickenhawk - looking at your album pics and your bird is a sleeper bro. The interior looks stock but isnt, is it? Open the hood or start the car (with the cut outs open) and everyone would know that its for real. I see what your doing there. Well done
