I'd have a tuner check it out to a least see where the a/f, injector duty cycle, and timing is at, and make any adjustments if needed/wanted. This way you'll gain a a better understand of how things are really running in your new (to you) car.

"Transmission rebuilt 2 years ago with GM Performance parts"

That sounds weird.
Before you do anything do a compression check and make sure the motor is okay before changing anything. You don't know what kind of use the car and motor has been through. Please weld your axle tubes and add a girdle to the ten bolt as well if its not already on there. Thats a lot of power even for an auto in a heavy car for the ten bolt to deal with.

^^^ I agree the rear end is goin to need to be addressed at some point because once u hit the 400 mark, even though an auto isn't as rough on the rear end as an m6, a few hard launches on a high mileage rear end and something is bound to give !

Update: Took her to the dyno to ck up on things, the hp was low but ok but the tq was too low for the mods imo, 400/347tq, wondering if the converter was/is unlocked, is there a way to find out? that's the only thing I could think why the tq was so low..anyone?
