Can I drive my car ? Headers installed
I just did the headers. I also got rid of the AIR system, cats and rear o2's. Car ran fine after a few minutes of re-learning before the y pipe was put on today. Now it runs rough and when you go to stopthe rpm's drop and it idles rough as hell. I did change plugs as well. My Frost tune will be here on Wednesday. Will that fix it?

Mine runs fine after headers as well, minus maybe a small exhaust leak. It does run rich though.
Check for vacuum leak, check coil pack connections and plugs and wires

I just put it on the Genisys. Only codes were for the rear 02's which aren't there. It is running really rich. front o2's are working. It did get worse the more I drove it from the muffler shop. I haven't driven it since then. No codes for misfires but I'll check the wires again anyway. I put them on so I could have one loose I guess. Maybe a coil going bad? It just idled fine while were looking at it. If it were a vacuum leak it would run rough all the time right? Once I cleared it out (higher revs) it was really slow back to idle. Maybe it's just loading up?

It's a 2002. No EGR
Ok I just drove it home from work. About 2 miles. As long as you don't get it above 2500 rpm it acts normal when stopping and idling. If you get it above that for any length of time it is a slow fall to idle and drops down to around 400 rpm and will stay there until you give it a little throttle. Any ideas? Disconnect the battery and may be let it re-learn?

Yep I have an extra. One will be for daily driving and the other for the laughing gas. Steve shipped it to me today. I should have it Wednesday. Maybe I didn't cap off the right hoses when I removed the AIR solenoid from the rear of the driver's side valve cover?

The front o2's were checking out good. I would say vacuum leak as well but I can't find one. The only thing I disconnected and removed was the solenoid for the AIR system. there was a small vacuum line connected to the bottom of it and I plugged it off. If I had a schematic for the vacuum lines I would check them but I'm sure they're all plugged in. It ran and idled fine until the y pipe was put on today and they did a shitty job making it. Exhaust leaks like hell at the collectors. It has to go back to the exhaust shop.
I guess they could have cracked or broken one of the o2's when they slid the y-pipe in? I have to have this car ready to go by Thursday night. It has to be in NC on Friday at my brother in-laws shop to get the clutch done and ready to race on Saturday.
I'll check one more time for a burnt wire on the 02's just in case.

Check spark plugs wires...the jerk who did mine a long time ago didn't Push the rear boot all the way on...I drove it home a 100 miles on 7 cylinders! Headers shouldn't cause a problem especially on 99 and newer with the better ecms...look for all the easy stuff bc that's usually what it ends up being

I disconnected the battery after the exhaust was fixed today. Yesterday it was leaking like hell. A few minutes of re-learning and my idle is back to normal. I was up until 12 last night checking wires, o2's, vacuum and now it's fine. Hopefully. The new tune will be the real test I guess.
Thanks for all the help guys. I appreciate you taking the time to help.

Drive it 300 miles to NC. Installed the monster stage 2 last night. Been driving like crazy to heat cycle the clutch. Heading to Jacksonville, nc in about an hour for a test and tune.

I just installed tsp headers and tds this week. It's a 98 so egr and air was removed. The pump is still there for the air but disconnected. Untuned and it runs good. Def putting more more power down even untuned bc the car def spins more now. Drives fine other than running rich but I'm getting a tune next month once I get some other mods on. Should wake it up even more with a tune with everything running how it should

yep. 500 miles. I drove myself silly on Friday night and Saturday putting miles on it. Drove from one beach to the next and just cruised. Which was a pain in the *** but it had to be done. Now I need a stronger M/C for the clutch. But the car is running ok.
