Not really. Fast probably just got tired of trying to kill the false rumor that a 102 is "too big" and said "**** it, let them buy it.."

It's about time lol it's good for people who don't have want to do the pricey setup to get the most of the 102. With this just slap it on with the stock parts and upgrade other stuff when you want to.

Yea, the 102 is so pricey...

God forbid a pair of 25 dollar fuel rails breaks the bank.

This discontinued it because it was replaced by the 102mm which is a superior runner design for both stock and upgraded engines.

It's like if Ford kept making 2010 Mustang GTs after the 2011 5.0 GT came out.

Exactly. FAST is simply making a smart business move capitalizing on people's stupidity.

I think you oversimplify. The 92mm has it's place. I for one couldn't use it because it doesn't fit under the cowl of a C5. Not fitting under the cowl without modifications is a serious deal breaker, not only for me but for a LOT of guys. Some people don't want to replace their fuel rails. Many people simply don't want a 102mm intake which is reason enough if they weighed the pros and cons as they perceive them and made that decision. All of these people want it for their own reasons, all of which are valid. The demand for the 92 is downright huge and it's not as simple as "people aren't informed."

The 102 is awesome, I've got the lsxRT for my TBSS in fact and the 102 fits many builds perfectly, but it's not a one size fits all situation.

I admit I was not aware that it would not fit under the C5 cowl. I've never heard that mentioned by anyone, I guess we just don't have as many Corvette guys here since they have their own forums.

So kind of a newb question here but with the 92mm FAST you can use the stock fuel rails and not mess with the water pump like the 102? All you need is the FAST 92 and a 92mm throttle body?

Thank you for posting this. I don't have a Corvette, but Fitment and Ease of Installation is definitely something I take into account when it comes to any Performance Part I'm considering purchasing for my LSx.

Glad to see getting one of these new is once again an option. When buying used you can never be 100% certain on the quality of the piece you're getting.

I applaud F.A.S.T. for taking action to support a niche that needed filling.

Before people go making more uniformed comments about the 92MM, why don't you check with SDPC on price, etc....

Someone posted a link to their website which showed the price (great price with free shipping btw)...but it looks like it's been deleted by someone.

I've been noticing a lot more of that kind of stuff going on around here lately.

As noted, there is a link in my signature, or you can PM me or call me.

I try not to post prices in threads because I can't keep up with every thread I ever post a price in to keep them all updated and customers properly informed. If it's always a link I can just try to keep the website updated and by default when anyone follows my signature or links in threads it will always be the best up to date information we have.
