When I got my Fast 90mm I definitely had to buy a TB. Cheapest I found was a used Fast brand which is junk (had to grind it to make it work).

Correct me if I'm wrong but the 102 should accept either the same TB used on the 92mm intake or a 102mm tb. Several people on this site are using a 90-92mm tb on their 102mm intakes.
