yeah i had taken my stock manifold out b4 when i pulled my motor cause i thought i had spun a bearing turned out it was a lose torque converter bolt lol it was a bitch getting the drivers side back in lol

I've heard mostly bad reviews of the SLP headers, mainly dealing with horrible ground clearance.
That being said, TSP, Kooks, ARH, and QTP seem to be some of the more popular brands here.

You barely have to grind at all, I think I took off about a 1/4" at most, and you only have to do it on the driver's side. I think it would sound great, but I've never ran a muffler after my y-pipe because I fell in love with raspy camming sound. I'll evently go for a muffler cause it does get a little loud when you floor it which makes for a decent cop magnet. Heck, throw it on and see how you like it, either way I'd say go for the TSP's, the collectors in the headers are the best I've seen and as stated before, the y-pipe merge is near flawless. The sound they make + a magnaflow could deffinently be a great sounding car
