Just finished up the install. Not too bad. Had some modifications required to get a the bellows I bought to work. (3.5"x4")

Took it for a spin when the roads were somewhat dry...the throttle is VERY touchy. Just a little gas makes it rip the tires in fist gear

How much of a SOTP feeling did you get from the whole thing. Did you feel that it was a worthy mod

 

SOTP don't work so well on low 11 second cars. I need to get it dialed in before I really rag on it

 

What size maf are you running, and where did you get the bellows? I think a 90mm intake and tb, with an 85mm maf and TSP 85mm lid would be a good setup for a stroker.

 

How are you running the tube that goes to the valve cover?

The PCV fresh air inlet. It usually hooks to the nipple on the TB. The TPIS TB don't have this provision.

 

ok so how are you gonna go about hooking it up??

kinda in a rock and a hard place, it is designed to be between the maf and the TB blade.

not easy to install somethign there.

good luck. Some people have claimed that they just put a breather on the valve cover, but im not a fan of doing that, it allows the possibility unmetered air into the motor.

 

I'm thinking of putting in a 3/8" barb to 1/8" NPT connector and threading it into the bellows with some RTV. Then hook the line to that.

Good thing is it'll provide the fresh air to the pCV but will also draw on the excess at WOT since high velocity flow over an orifice causes a slight vacuum.
