Magnaflow cat back Ok just throwing this out there mainly a "find in a search" type of thread. My '98 firebird formula m6 no mods other than an SLP lid. This is my car after installing my magnaflow cat back 15864 (?)
Here is my car doing a run with just the y pipe no exhaust.
Hope this helps. My wife was not there for the no exhaust run so take her "sounds the same" with a grain of salt. Like I said, hope this helps someone.

Sound like a woman's way of saying "waste of money". 
What you need to do is explain to her in as many works as possible why it's not the same, and make sure you use a bunch of big technical terms.
