Default Holley Valve Covers on LS1!

Got my valve covers in from Holley, couldn't beat the price and they look really good. Designed some brackets to fit the stock coils on them, coming out great. I know some people were interested in them but were turned off due to the mount bolt spacing being 72mm, I said f*** it and made some aluminum brackets (low profile).

Them look good and I myself was looking into getting these. Do they sell brackets for them since you can't you the stock brackets?

@14K - yeah I'm thinking the polish would look trick as well.

@Benny B - man I have searched for months and could not find them, looked on damn there every forum dealing with LS engines, nothing. I'm gonna fabricate a whole bunch of them and find out how I could possibly sell them. There not expensive to make at all just time consuming. I'll have more pics up shortly after I clean the edges and polish them - then the final installation pics as well.

Single rubbe hose from drive side valve cover around back of intake then into the plastic stock pipe. I took off the y near back of intake and already had the back port on pass side head capped off. Then the fresh air hose from front of pass side valve cover to the tb. Really simple and I didn't have to hack up the stock Pcv setup if I ever decided to sell it or reuse it for something.

What kind of coils are those valve covers designed to use?

"couldn't beat the price and they look really good"

I have been looking into buying them and have seen them for $149. Where did you buy yours and at what price? I am always looking to save a few bucks.

Yeah any valve covers with the 72mm bolt spacing, no need for brackets, LS1 is 65.2mm. I think LS3 and LS7 are 72mm as well.

Do you those valve covers use the shorter ls1 plug wires or the longer truck plug wires?

There's no good reason to go through eBay, I can match that price. I have two black sets in stock.

polished are about $35 more

I am using the MSD wires, I can give you the exact part number if interested, but I will mount the stock wires and let you know the dimensions for sure.

I agree completely Scoggin Dickey, I personally would have gone through you if I had known you carried them. Ebay is a who-when-where store for sure.

Myself, I am looking for the plain un-polished as cast ones.
