Failed Start attempt

Well after putting in my new H/C/I and headers, I tried to start the TA tonight. It initially had power but as soon as I went to turn it over nothing. I was thinking maybe battery was bad from sitting for a few months, but had it checked and is fully charged. Im assuming I have a short somewhere, what all wires could it be. I guess my big fear was right before that put my PCM back in and hope that didnt get fried or anything, if that is even possible. Any ideas where to start would be appreciated.

ground to back of head?

I know I hooked up three to the back of the drivers side head. One on drivers side right below the exhaust ports and they may have been it.

Two wires to starter seem fine. Ground wire from batter to passenger side wheel well, ground behind alternator and ground by fuse box are all ok. Am I missing any??

Also should have mentioned its a 99 TA. Is there a ground that goes on passenger side of block as well?

Back of the driver side head has two wires, but 3 eyelets for grounds. Car will crank but never fire if all 3 arent grounded.

I put the battery back in today, and made sure I had the cables connected to it tight using a socket. Started right up, so maybe didnt have it tight enough. Also cleaned up the positive side some maybe that did it too. Now problem is my tach isn't working anymore
