Throttle body issues
Throttle body issues So I have a 80mm throttle body off of and LS truck. Well with the throttle body cables as tight as I can get them at full throttle the thing only opens 90%-95%. Now I know why complain about such a small percent but i wanna see over 400 on the dyno and this may be the way to do it. So is there a write up or do any of you guys have pictures of how to take the cam gear off of an LS1 throttle body and put in on the truck one????? Now before you say just swap them over the LS1 is riveted on or however you way say it and the truck gear is bolted on. Thansk for any help.

I already adjusted my cable and it being an 80mm truck tb its not even close to hitting the bump stop. I've heard of people swapping the can gears since the truck TV's have bigger can gears then the car ones. You need the car gear to get 100% open.
