You're talking about the TPIS 90, correct ?
IMO they could have done a better job with the positioning of the throttle cable bracket mount and the alignment of the snout. I cut off the bracket mount on mine and used the throttle cable mount bracket the came with my Holley 90tb, the snout on mine was also pointing slightly towards the driver side, and I also had to slightly clearance the bottom of the snout along with slightly bending the steam tube where it would contact the snout, and clearance my Holley 90tb so it wouldn't contact the water pump. For what it cost I'd suggest buying a FAST 92 intake that won't have any fitment issues, and selling your ls6 intake.
Here's some photos of the one I had.

TPIS customer service sucks...I asked them about them about the 90MM snout upgrade a while back, they never got back to me. I wouldn't hold your breath. FWIW There are plenty of pics out there on the web though. I would honestly just get a FAST 92 and call it a day, they are back in production.

Thanks for the pix... FWIW, I don't anticipate any choking, this will be a 416" strictly street engine, max RPM around 6500. So, I have a choice between a stock LS6 (free), the TPIS conversion (~$400), or a new FAST 92 ($850). Is there enough of a gain to justify the $$$ on a street engine?

make it even sweeter by possibly finding a used one at a cheaper price...

if it were me, id get the fast 90
i was ******* with the idea of a tpis 90 for the longest time.
but with a fast intake, you have the ability to port them to maximize your gains.
Out of the box, the tpis (according to the dyno comparisons i posted) has a slight advantage over the fast, and with better torque.
However, once you port the fast, it blows it away hands down by another 10 +/- hp.

I saw the pics for the new FAST 92mm. Looks great in black!!! From the pic i saw they still
don't have a firm mounting point for the MAP sensor. It might not be an issue. But i like the way the OEM clips the sensor in place. You just a h/c setup i guess its fine. Good to see this intake. A perfect match for stock cube h/c setups.

The math on this is very simple for me. The TB you will need with the porting will be around $700. A 92 /92 combo used is around the same price, and after you sold your LS6 it would be around $900
