awesome work FBGSU02, sounds great too. I took kooks td's route and i'm waiting for my parts to come, I put my car on stands and pulled my hole exhaust system in about 3-4 hours total time i'd imagine it would take a little longer to put it on, mine is all bolt on and so far everything has unbolted nice and easy with some pb blaster.

Great thread - I can't wait to hear a good sound clip also!!! Nice work too - kudos to your installer - seems like someone that "gets" it! The 3" Powersticks are indeed brutal - not for the faint-of-heart.

The pipe is SS and not Mandrel. But not sure how much power I am losing because of that. I will say the car has picked up on performance. The throttle is way more responsive and the power band feels like it starts earlier. I have a huge traction problem now, even pushing on it to speed up the car will break loose. Very odd I have never had that problem before. Just means suspension upgrades. More so tires. But wonder why my power comes in so much faster and harder with just an exhaust change? I had a cutout and made good power on dyno. It would spin when I floored it before of course but this cars spins just pushing on it.

My next mods are Strano springs and Bilsteins, LCA with brackets. Michelin super sports all the way around- expensive I know. I have a buddy of mine that uses them with stock suspension and that car handles amazingly. Thought about drag shocks but want the car more road friendly.

Yes I need to get more pics. I have to take car and put back on lift soon to change suspension parts. So will snap tunnel pics. The exhaust does not rattle on car nor scrape on everything. I have pro-kit springs.

Duals are always known to help bring in the torque down low, its the scavenging effect. Cutout loses low torque tbh and pushes it up in the power band a little more. Duals(with a crossover) scavenge a ton better than a cutout.

Yea went from factory modified Y (to fit headers) and cutout to a X-pipe and true duals. Worth every freakin penny. Cant wait to get on dyno and see the actual results. Saving up for a trip to Vengeance Racing.

Ryan the car has been tuned many years ago by Carolina Auto M****** by a guy named Jeff. The car does not idle at times and I have to keep revving it up to keep it cranked. Just wondering if I sent the computer to you guys that you could tell me if the tune is off or that's the way it is going to be? The car runs rich to where my tips are black after driving around the block.

The car has NO Rasp at all the video is very misleading. Maybe the garage putting off an echo. As I mentioned before the video does not do it justice.
