Are you running stock air box? Why not go with a fast 102...

I have an ls1 383 which is the same as your ls6 and I run a 92/92 fast setup and couldn't be happier.

The whole "too big" with a 102 is complete BS. It would pick up power on a BONE STOCK 1998 car even if you ported the 102. And I don't mean peak power, I mean everywhere.

Jayplay (a mod) has a black mild ported 92 FS in the classifieds... 729$ shipped. It is a smoking deal IMO.
If I were you, I would be all over it. You can recoup most of that by selling your setup.. Then you just need a TB.

Find a 92 Fast like mentioned above and an LS2 throttle body with the adapter harness and you should be happy.

I will take your ls6 intake off your hands if and whenever you decide to sell it. No need to rush just keep me in mind if you do decide to sell.

you should consider bigger injectors.a fast 102 requires a different fuel rail and injectors.saw a old thread where Tony M made great power with a fast 90mm intake.

I just got it dyno'd. Before FAST 90 with all mods in sig, 399.2 whp, then added FAST 90 and LS2 TB and made 426 whp. I would say its worth it. This is a few days apart, same temperature, same tuner, same dyno.

Why do you think you need a bigger intake again? Is this an auto or manual car? If auto, do you have a stall converter?

The car seems to be and feels restricted. I put down 458 to the wheels just figured with a 383 big cam would neef breath better then a ported ls6 and 80 mm tb. And its a m6. Built
