Default Ls2 valve cover or coil covers?

Dont know if i should just use the coil cover or do valve covers and leave the coils shown. Who has used what and does anyone have pics of there motor. Thanks

I've never been a fan of how all the new cars cover everything up with plastic covers, so I painted my valve covers and left the coils exposed. The black paint hides dirt very well and with a little extra effort cleaning up the factory harness loom it looks pretty clean.




I've also considered using the LS9 valve covers where the coils attach directly to the covers and not a coil bracket.
