Hey guys,
I am currently running a ls1 intake, and I plan on going ahead and ordering a fast 102+102TB, Can someone tell me exactly what all I need for the swap?
Part numbers, links would greatly be appreciated.
I haven't had much luck with the search just countless threads, pages, results etc....
Thanks

you can't get the fast TB, it won't work (i'm guessing i'm still unsure of it) you could go with a NW TB though.
you are going to need the fuel rail kit too.
you won't need more than that & new gaskets if they don't already come with them.

I just bought the "ported" 102 from vengeance and it came with hardware and a throttle body. I needed to buy a map sensor extension harness for relocating the sensor to the front, fuel rail spacers for ls1 style fuel rails and the intake came with the bigger injecor o rings you need. Thats about it, just grind down your water pump or buy an ls2 gto waterpump.

Thanks for the response didn't plan on running the FAST TB, said it wrong I guess. Any guesses on hp increase on a full exhaust car with the original restrictive ls1 intake?

Who ever said a fast 102 Tb wont work on a Fast 102 intake......You are very confused.
I am assuming what he might have been thinking is a NW 92mm TB will not work on the manifold as the bottom of the TB will not line up properly with the seals. I would suggest getting the LS2 water pump so you do not have to grind off the top bolt holding the pump together. and its cheap insurance.

If thats the case, then you won't be gaining that much. The Fast 102 will require a full dyno tune ($300-500). Both the Fast 92 and 102 need complimentary upgrades (heads, cam, injectors) to show their full potential.

You dont have to grind off the top bolt of the water pump, you grind down to it and stop right at the bolt, and grind mostly to the left of it too. I considered getting an ls2 pump as well but this was just too easy. I used an angle grinder with one of those rough orange disks and used one of those softer brown pads to smooth it up.
And that guy^ is right.

When I had my FAST 102 installed they left the the map sensor in the back but T'd it off of the vacumm port all ready back there and kind of left it hanging. My car does fine so I'm assuming it works and would be easier.

Do you have to use the Fast or LS2 fuel rail? I have some Professional Products LS1 billet rails I'd like to use. I can fabricate new mounting brackets if needed. I'm going to use my FIC LS1 36# injectors and I read the intake comes with the correct o-rings to do this, right?

with a unported 102 intake you mite gain 17 hp over a ls1 intake.a 92mm TB works better for a mild street engine ,easier to tune and no grinding. a fast TB will work fine , they fixed the weak spring problem along time ago .read a thread where Tony Mamo made 550+ hp with a fast 90mm intake.

You can rotate the map 90 degrees and leave it in the stock location. I cheesed together a "washer" to hold it in with a piece of timing cover gasket. You will also need to bend your steam line or get one from an ls2. You also need to fabricate some kind of bracket for your evap solenoid. A while back i posted a really useful $10 wrench for getting to the new (allen head) bolts under the cowl in the tools forum.
Make sure you replace the orings on your injectors with the bigger ones that come in the kit. A couple of packs of vac line caps and fittings also came in handy.
Read all the way through this thread (just do it):

To Garys point, you can also read many threads where Tony says unequivocally that the 102 is the better intake and it is now all he recommends.
