Boiling water on intake manifold
Please help
Thanks
Edit - Also, the intake manifold/fuel rails are too hot to hold on to. Is this normal? This is actually the first time I have gotten my engine running since i got it outta the junk yard.

i just cut it out and sealed all four of the ports , and the radiator port off.
it is just there to warm the intake up, since it is a composit intake it dose not have any coolant running through it.
hope that helps, good luck
That was it! I had it plugged - amazingly enough.. it doesn't happen anymore. It seems weird to me that a gasket could re-seal itself after it was leaking. I'm just relieved. Thanks for the insight! i guess it makes since.
thanks 2xls1.
can you block off the back ports and steel have the front ones hooked up
to the radiator,will that work?
