Default bbk header help

I installed a set of long tube headers from bbk, but the Y pipe is that same diameter as my lm1 catback. how did everyone fix this?

My lm1 end was just a smudge smaller I was able to pull the y pipe over the catback end and then had it welded. I actually think we put a clamp over the catback end and clamp it down super super tight to close it in some.

I took the y pipe to my local exhaust shop and had them expand the outlet a little, slips right in and have a band clamp on it.

Had my BBK Longtubes installed today with a SLP catback. Had to use a 3" band clamp. No leaks so far.

I found a reducor at my local auto parts store. It was a little tough getting them to slide ion the pipes but I got it. Then a clamp on each end. Worked great for me.
