Woah, wait... when you say they will look very similar to an MTI, you mean that the material is the same, right? It will still have the FTP hump, right?

Material (Plastic) exactly the same as MTI lid. Dimensions, hump and interal volume the same as our larger 98 and 104 black lids (ie bigger than MTI and all other lids).

1 more day to get on this train!

Eventually I will go FTP 104mm to TSP 100mm MAF and a 102/102 combo. For now I am SLP to stock MAF stock TB. Will the FTP 104mm couple down to a stock MAF or even a GM 85mm MAF so I don't have to buy a FTP 98mm and a 104mm as time progresses?

Sorry but there is no adapter to use the 104mm MAF with either a stock or 85mm MAF. You could possibly create something on your own but it is not available for sale.

Once I learn enough about HP Tuners Pro to be able to go SD I probably will. I just don't know enough about it at the moment. Right now I have a SLP Lid, clone bellows (no way was I going to pay $60 for a SLP smooth bellows), stock MAF, and a P&P TB. I have read that the stock MAF is easier to tune than the GM 85mm so I am holding off on that until I learn HP Tuners. Then I will go 85mm or may just go SD by then we will see... Anyone that bought a clear one have a used black FTP 98mm they want to sell me cheap?

I never learned to tune a MAF. I figured out how to put the car is SD mode (which you do anyway to tune the VE table) and I sold off two MAFs. Car never came out of SD and you can't tell the difference. Drives great.

I really need to get a new clear lid. Anybody know where, please let me know. I would even take a lightly used one. MTI or FTP
