Eventually I will go FTP 104mm to TSP 100mm MAF and a 102/102 combo. For now I am SLP to stock MAF stock TB. Will the FTP 104mm couple down to a stock MAF or even a GM 85mm MAF so I don't have to buy a FTP 98mm and a 104mm as time progresses?

Once I learn enough about HP Tuners Pro to be able to go SD I probably will. I just don't know enough about it at the moment. Right now I have a SLP Lid, clone bellows (no way was I going to pay $60 for a SLP smooth bellows), stock MAF, and a P&P TB. I have read that the stock MAF is easier to tune than the GM 85mm so I am holding off on that until I learn HP Tuners. Then I will go 85mm or may just go SD by then we will see... Anyone that bought a clear one have a used black FTP 98mm they want to sell me cheap?

I never learned to tune a MAF. I figured out how to put the car is SD mode (which you do anyway to tune the VE table) and I sold off two MAFs. Car never came out of SD and you can't tell the difference. Drives great.
