The more I think about it, what's even more impressive is that the seat dropping down ALSO had to fight the spring pressure to do that! So that aluminum got so hot that it expanded enough to push that seat out all while fighting the spring pressure. Looking at your 2nd picture, it looks like the same thing happened on the 6th one from the left as well judging from the spring height.
Honestly dude, I would get your money back... you're going to put a lot of machine work into those heads. The fire mine were in lasted only a couple minutes (I knew the owner) before it was put out. Those things had to be cooking at least 10 minutes.

Your heads are technically "warped" the first time you bolt them on and run a heat cycle. They need to be milled anyways, which is *technically* something you should do to ANY aluminum head before you install them, fire damaged or not.
OP, those heads look nasty, but nothing structurally outstanding that I can tell. Take them to the machine shop, or send them to the porter of your choice. They'll check everything out and won't send them back until they have a clean bill of health. You're gonna need at least one seat...
Lay them valve cover side down, and put a straight-edge across the deck. I can't picture a fire warping a head THAT bad that was BOLTED to the engine.

Has anyone ever cooked on aluminum foil on top of the grill? That stuff is flimsy as hell and it holds up fine. I used to have a drum I burned trash in and I would throw all kinds of stuff in it even metals. After the fire was out I would collect the metals and discard them. Flimsy *** aluminum cans would be structuraly intact. Those heads are fine. Get you a propane torch and finish melting that plastic off of them and then get them resurfaced.
