need help !! Fuel injector question
need help !! Fuel injector question hey guys i need some help a few weeks ago i bought these bbk fuel rails and ended up breaking the flange on four fuel injectors so ive been looking for a set of used one and came across these 28lb/hr ones that i ended up buying now my question is :
I have a 2000 ss which came with the 26lb/hr injectors if i run these 28s would i need to retune my car to run them and what could happen if i do run them

you must retune for the different injectors.if you run the 28# injectors with out a proper retune ,you will put too much fuel into the cylinder .too much fuel can wash down the cylinder walls ,hurting ring seal .
" Your fuel trims will be able to compensate, just remember that without the computer knowing the injector size, ~7% more fuel is being squirted into the cylinder with each pulse of injectors. Luckily the LTFTs and STFTs can correct up to 25% each way, however sustained LTFT values of +- 15% can set an SES light."

Verdad Gallardo yea a few guys on here offered me the 26s for $50 shipped so im just goin to get them and be on the safe side , can i at least install these 28s to start and move the car
It will run, but as said above it will not be optimal since the O2s will have to do a major adjustment just to get it running decent.
