Won't go above 3500 rpm . The car won't go above 3500 rpm . It acts like it hits a rev limiter . I just go the engine built and this is the first time I have gotten on the car and it won't go above 3500 rpm . I have recently changed the plugs , and change the coils . I had a misfire problem found out the coils were bad and I changed them out for new ones . I am using a 2002 corvette PCM . The car is a mazda rx7 with a ls1 with a ls6 heads . I I monitor the gauges well . Nothing abnormal . I have 4 ground on the engine . I can't figure out why it is doing this .
