Those are all a whole lot of bling to replace $15 worth of angle steel and bolts from Home Depot, and then 20-30 minutes with a drill. Afterwards you will have a couple feet of angle steel left over for some other project.
If you are going to buy a lift plate, get the kind which allows you to change the location of the hook, otherwise the engine will hang at a poor angle for pulling the engine and trans as an assembly. Really though, this is where angle steel and chains works great. You can put the hook anywhere you want and get the angle perfect.
