Default Cheap 3" cats

Got a marketing email from Summit Racing that has
a link to super secret savings, blah blah blah. One
of the vendors they have is Catco, whose 3" in/out
"universal" cat is on sale for $51.88 (a huge $6
savings). Supposedly these outflow the stock cats
yadda yadda. That's a very cheap price even not
on sale. The cat looks like a bullet, longer but not
as chubby as the stockers or the Carsounds. Was
wondering whether anyone has tried these out or
flow tested them? 'Cuz it sure looks like a cheap way
to go. Summit P/N is SUM-CSUM873, Catco CTO-6907.
Would be interested in any comparative info on these.

This is from Barry@QTP

Random Tech Cat-327CFM
Carsound/Magnaflow-400CFm
Catco-365CFM
Stock-220CFM
Random Tech Metallic-535CFm-$$$$$$

I would get the Carsounds because the flow the best vs price. The are also made from stainless steel and are optimized for flow. I have them and could not be happier. The 9410x's are $55-$65 each depending who you get them from.

Where can you find flow rates? (Besides searching) Bassani makes cat but they don't have flow rates, same for SLP, and the MTI cat. Do you have to call the company or buy and experiment?
