Default just installed

Just installed the Phab SS Catback. Fit like a glove. Mild at low rpm, terrible drone at 2k, loud when you get on it . The fit, finish, and install was great, paid $200 shipped!
However, I will be swapping out the muffler for something else soon to cut down the drone. So far, the Borla sounds like a good option.

I have the PHAB TD's waiting to go on. I only ordered the pipes since i wanted to order my own bullets. Got moroso spiralflow's. Only gripe i had was I got no clamps or hangers. With summit clamps, hangers and mufflers it was the same price as a TSP system.

Just for info, I also bought the phab exhaust from eBay, and love it with Lts it sounds amazing, quiet at idle and cruise but it screams at wot I haven't experienced drone with it yet and it weights way less than stock in case you're looking for weight reduction. How much should I benefit from tune after ls6 and catback?

Looks like a TSP Rumbler other than the tips and its stainless. Looks good though.

That's a nice looking piece especially for the price. And I actually like the sound even if its raspy.

Bump, can anybody comment on this ? I currently have a very quiet Mac catback, I want to go with something louder but haven't quite made up my mind

I can't answer that because I ended up selling this exhaust and went with the Phab True Duals. I loved the full exhaust but True Duals are just awesome.

Here is a TD video before I had the rears bolted up. Sounds real good. If you are ok with some noise, some vibration, and have a state that doesn't do emissions testing GET THE True Duals.

Will the true duals fit an LT1 with LTS headers?

No I don't but my car is lowered and I haven't bottomed once. My car is a "full weight every option" car.

They have a CME setup with a factory looking tip that is intriguing, but holy rasp. Dunno if I could stomach that for long.

Can't beat the prices for a kit to the door though.

Quick question for anyone who can answer it. I see that you measured and it wasn't a true 3" exhaust? If you didn't weld the slip fits together, what style clamps and what size did you use? I have a bunch of 3" band clamps in my cart on jegs but don't want to order them if they're going to be too big. Thanks.
