I am confused which better 1 3/4 or 1 7/8 headers? . How about fast 102 intake? or bbk is more fit & power?

1-7\8 will make a bit more power. don't get a bbk intake.

a fast 92 or 102 will both make more power. roughly 18 rwhp over an ls1 intake, or 13ish rwhp over an ls6 intake, which came factory on 01-02 cars.

a 102 might have a 1-2 hp advantage over a 92 in your application, but is a harder install. it will require ls2 fuel rails, grinding the water pump down, etc.

a 92 uses the original fuel rails, and I was also able to stretch my CAI boot over a 92 mm TB, but I doubt I could over a 102. however the increase in HP mostly comes from the bigger plenum volume and not the TB size.

Plenty of advice on this thread about an intake & header choices but since you didnt say what year motor or if there are any mods to the motor I dont know how anyone is giving good advice.
Cant see an aftermarket intake or 1 7/8 headers being cost effective on a stock motor.
Also if its a 2001 & newer it should have a LS6 intake on it.
I told u what is my car in the start & its in my nickname i have Impala 96 swapped to ls1 & t56 . I sell my last headers, intake. Now i want to buy another . For now i just go with exhaust 2.5 inch & ask about which headers, intake & mufflers that give me more hp & torque
