Seen it when I was playing around with fooling the system
by bypassing the "gizmo" on the throttle cable.
The TCS pulls spark, then throttle, then applies ABS. If
throttle relax is not being felt, the "gizmo" or what commands
it is probably the problem. If you feel the pullback, stay in it
and ABS never applies, then look to the ABS and its link to
the TCS "brain". But you'd think that there would be an ABS
light as well if that was failing.
