Default I know... beaten to death! but Which headers for...

my setup... looking to ditch the SLPs as they are old now and have a lil beating on them... looking into either QTP or Dynatech as I found a good deal on some Dynatech headers, however I cant find ANY input or numbers on them at all!

Anyone care to help out or recommend a header that makes good power, decent construction and not too expensive? Also want to make sure its an offroad header, I dont want any emissions BS

im trying to find out if they are making power, and if anyone is using them. I spent an hour searching last night only to find that like 3 people have them and complain of leaking... but no word on power etc

I'm going to recommend QTP's, but that's a biased opinion. I love them!! The race style have no EGR/AIR hookups. You can get the high velocity merge collectors, but they are mainly for someone going all out (I still wish I would've got them). They have a number of Y-pipes to choose from. I went with the offroad Y, no cats. I'm switching over to duals though this summer. The only problem I have is now I have a small leak on the driverside flange. I reused my stock gaskets, so I'll be changing them out to fix it.

No problems. THey are stainless steel, you don't have to get them coated. You'll be extremely satisfied with them!! Are you keeping your true duals?? How do the Borla XR-1's sound??

nice and QUIET! no cats with a huge cam and I can have a full conversation inside the car... but outside the car I can turn heads from 100 yard no problem at part throttle... and wide open makes the most distinct, burly growl that I have heard on ANY true dual system... most people around here are switching to XR1s because of me no rasp like the bullets, they are silent inside the car, no resonation but still burly!
