Default Injectors and fuel confusion

I have a 5.3 from an 01 truck, torn down, motor guy went crazy on the heads, very good flow and I will be running stock rotating assy, comp cams thumper or mother thumper, LS1 car intake and no idea for fuel.

I'm looking to get a set of injectors and fuel rail off the classifieds here but no ide what ones I'll need.

What's something I need to look out for?

First I would ditch the ls1 intake for an ls6 if your goin to cam it. Next stock injectors may actually be just fine depending on what you're planning. Without knowing the specifics it's hard to speculate.

However Bosch gtp injectors will flow 42lbs and need nothing but a tune with ls1 fuel rails so they will work nicely

Get rid of the Thumpr cam. They are for sound and don't make much power

Ya that was my thought on the thumper series.

The guy building my 5.3 I kinda grew up with and very good friends. So he's trying to build me something I can drive on the street and low end torque since its going Into a jeep. I just want all HP and don't care about drivability.

Ouch lol. If you want all HP and don't care about driveability, a good N/A setup is for you, but its not going to be cheap.

He did some good work to the heads, good flow bench time. This 5.3 I was just looking for a huge cam. The next one will be a 4xx cube stroker and what not.

But to my original issue, I need injectors, planned on getting some from the forum here but I see all kinds. So any of the used ones here would be fine, around $100-150?
