Default swap ls6 intake to fast

When swapping your ls6 intake to a fast 92 what else do u have do.... change valley bolts ..

thats pretty much it besides a tune. on an fbody its just a straight swap

you need m8x1.25x30 BUTTON allen head bolts they are the only ones with a small enough head to clear

Talking about the bolts under the intake correct? Sorry..

Also for the tune.. Absolute must going from LS6 to a 92?

We need different fuel rails correct?

Yes the bolts that are under the intake itself. You will most likely need some tuning going from the LS6 to the Fast 92. And no you do not need different fuel rails

You gotta do a little bit more than just valley covers. You need to swap over the throttle cable bracket, fuel rail stopper bracket, find a place to stick the purge solenoid because there is no provision for it on the fast 92.

What? The tb cable braket can be used from any fbody to a fast manifold of any size. A fuel rail stop bracket is only used on trucks not fbodys and the fuel rails are a direct swap nothing else needed. The purge solenoid can either be left resting on the side of the manifold hooked up as always or it can be deleted and just run a breather in its place.

Those will work.....but counter sunk bolts and counter sinking the valley cover weigh less

Port that fast before you put it on....port match if possible. They can use alot of massaging to get the most out of them. A tune is really needed to optimize it to.

I picked up 13whp and 12wtq goin from a ported ls6 to a ported fast 90. Port work done by yours truly. That was the same dyno same day results.....changed on the dyno.
