Car throwing P0332 code after header install, another issue also
I pulled the PCM out the next day after giving it a 10 mile test run and sent the PCM to Frost for a mail order tune. My mods included:
P&P TB
SLP Lid
SLP LM1 cat-back
1 3/4 LT headers
I noted all of those things on the sheet. Received the PCM in the mail on April 28th, installed it that night, no issues. Car runs great. Then yesterday, April 29th, after driving the car for 80 miles on its new tune the SES light comes on. I get the code read at a local Autozoen, P0332 code, which is supposed to be a knock sensor I believe. Has anyone encountered this?
Some additional information that I think is worth sharing. After the header install the car does make a weird vibration sometimes. I've noticed it's only when accelerating from a dead stop, usually through the bottom of 1st (it's an auto car also). The vibration feels to me to be directly underneath my seat on the undercarriage of the car and feels kind of strong, once the car gets above 1,500 RPM it usually goes away. This vibration really only happens maybe 10% of the time on take off from a stop, so overall rare. But someone mentioned that the vibration from the headers could give the knock sensors a false read, so I thought I'd include this.
Any advice or replies are appreciated, would like to get this figured out as it makes me nervous driving the car with the SES light on, and for the record the car seems to drive perfectly, not misbehaving at all.
Did you do motor mounts at the same time as the headers?

If it's throwing a false code just due to vibrations then I shouldn't worry too much about it, right? Unless of course I expect to have the SES light tell me when something is actually wrong.

If you look under the car you should be able to see the clean spot/scratches on the floorboard where the new Y has been rattling against. That's where you want to put the heater hose or exhaust wrap (or any form of heat-proof padding)
I would try to get the vibrations to a minimum, then get the code cleared (just disconnect the battery for 15ish mins if you don't have a scanner). If it comes back then I would inspect the sensor, but if not then you fixed it (obviously)
I cleared the code with my scanner (one of the iPhone Bluetooth jobs...) and it has yet to come back. I thought I may eventually need new knock sensors, but perhaps I'm all set...

As far as exhaust wrap you can try any local parts store but make sure its heat wrap so it's nice and padded and not like muffler seal/patch tape. Its cheaper to order from somewhere like eBay though.
