FAST 92/102 dimensions (overall size) vs ls6 intake
Hi guys,
I have an LS1 in a 67 Nova with extremely tight clearance in the front for the intake setup. I am debating switching to a FAST 92 or 102 but I need to know if it will move the TB any further forward or backward compared to a ls6 intake. Does anyone know?
Bonus points if you know if aftermarket TBs are any deeper/shallower dimensionally than the stock LS1 TB.
thanks

I went from an SLP LS6 intake/stock ported TB on my LS6 swapped '98 Z28 to a FAST '92/Nick Williams 92mm TB and I can't tell any difference on where the TB is located because I'm still using the stock accordion bellow too. Seems to be the same as far as I can tell. The runners are obviously molded differently and my LS6 FRC's don't fit quite as well, but it really is physically VERY close from what I observed when I installed mine.
My LS6 is all stock internals and I picked up 15 RWHP going from LS6 to FAST 92. I'm sure it would be more if I did heads/cam!
