Default 243 heads? what intake?

just had my car dyno'd yesterday. has a custom ground cam that was in it when i got it and do not know the numbers on it and can't get them due to thunder raceing closeing, and headers, put down 338hp before tune and 355hp after, wanna put a set of heads on and an intake now and get over the 400 mark. heard 243's ported and polished are a good way to go and what would be a good intake? also the heads come on the 5.3s? and what years. thanks

A Fast intake will always be the best choice here, and as far as the 243 vs 5.3 heads, they will be within about 10 hp of each other

^ agreed. If you want to know the cam specs, the grind#'s / serial # should be ground on the cam. You can relay those numbers to Comp Cams and they can get you the cams specs.

That's a good deal for the Intake/TB and rails.
