Default B&B or SLP CME?

I just threw on some KOOKs 1 7/8 and an ory with my SLP CME. sounds awesome and low key. My buddy has a fairly new B&B muffler to trade straight up. There isn't to many sound clips of B&B. and i would connect it t my CME.

Is it worth it? for the few clips i heard of BB sounds it sounds nice.

my KOOKs CME

Id keep the CME but swap the muffler.... mr billy boat sounds excellent to but i believe the SLP has better flow and what not, i have done the research but for an even swap is it worth it... hmmm

Don't swap. Just get yourself an electric cutout if you want to make noise.

i had the extremely loud noisy lets scare the sh*t out of people with my first SS, i want nice decent loud that sounds great, and the only mufflers i like where the SLP or B&B. i probably already know my answer just figured if anyone would prefer one over the other specially if its an even trade.

I'm interested in knowing more about muffler types for the CME also. I have pacesetter longtubes with the matching offroad Y, and cutouts. I really like the look of the CME, and I would be going with the kit which only has the tips and elbows. What should I do for a muffler? If I want loud, I just open the cutouts so how quiet is the SLP muffler and are you talking about muffler that comes on the SLP loudmouth? What would be a more mild sounding one?

The muffler that comes on the cme is the same as the dual/dual muffler from slp. It is quiet at idle and part throttle but has a nice roar at wot.

It is about as mild a sound as you are going to find.

Since they don't make the SLP dual/dual, what is the 2nd most quietest? Part number for something similar to this muffler?

Which one of these from dynomax is the quietest:

SUPER-TURBO 17739 & 17670

ULTRA-FLO SS 17266

ULTRA-FLO WELDED 17227 & 17536

I had the B&B TriFlo on my 2000 Z28 with mid-length headers. I loved the sound and always got compliments. It was tame at idle but once you got the RPM's up it really shines.

My buddy just took the b&b off his car. And was asking if I wanted it. It's a hard decision since it's a straight up trade.
Next week I'm throwing in a yankss3600. I know that will raise the volume a bit. Since I'm not really losing $. That's my hardest decision haha slp or bb. I'll still use the cme tips.

The grass is always greener... If you have the dual/dual muffler then I'd say stay with it. My $.02.
