Smile BBK Long Tune Header and OR-Y Pipe - Sound Clip after tune

Hey guys, hope everyone is having a great day. I just got my BBK Long Tube Headers and OR-Y Pipe installed and tuned. I wanted to put up a Video for people asking about clearance, fitment and of course sound.

My Ride:
02 Z28
only 17k miles!

Mods:
SLP Lid
K&N Air Filter
Flowmaster Catback Exhaust
MSD ignition wires and Iridium Plugs
Bilstein Shocks and Struts
BBK Ceramic Coated LT Headers and OR-Y pipe
Install and Tuned by Bentune Performance and Fabrication LLC in Joplin MO

Fitment was good but there is a small clearance issue with the OR-Y and the floorboard when the merge meets.

Hope you enjoy! She is a totally different animal now.

i have the bbks , you should not have any clearance issues . on the drivers side i put a piece of 1x4 and then push the exhaust tight to it and tightened the bolts down and then took the wood out and it was perfect .

Update: clearance issues totally cleared up magically after about a week of driving. No more issue, whatsoever. Love the product.

Much bigger issue has now arisen. Car went from 17mpg city/ 24 highway, to 10.5 city and 17 highway. =( Related post and questions are in another forum post.

Did you get a tune after you installed the headers?
