LS1 Stack Manifold

Nice! I didn't see that. At least there are some initial results out there.
Stacks are really cool. But they can be a bit finicky, and need some time and effort to perform correctly. You also have to be very careful about head and cam selection to make them work right. If you want a good set up, contact Wayne Presley at www.verycoolparts.com
I love my stack set up.

This has been tested many times with a 50-100 HP increase depending on engine size.
Wayne is one here that is a approved vendor that sell our items from time to time.
The throttle shafts are perpendicular the the crankshaft (eight) with "ball bearings" instead of bushings.

Everything we all own is china junk.
Does it work or not, is the company reputable? Technical things I should know... that's all I care about. My whole car would be china made if it worked and was cheap.

I'm guessing the linkages are the main headache
You'll need some special tools to get the balance just right. That's a tedious process, but pays off in huge dividends. I do it about twice a year.
And, no, none of this is cheap Chinese junk. These are high quality parts designed and built right here in the US. The throttle bodies were designed and built here in CO. The ECU was designed and built in the US as well.
There's no room in my garage for cheap Chinese junk.

Because I'm assuming it would be a lot worse with these cheaper units.
inglese makes some nice setups, they also sell only the manifold.

Could be a great starting point, some fabrication could mate this manifold to 2 sets of motorcycle ITBs which has been done several times in the import world
Think about provisions for MAP, IAC too. Bob touched on some of the tuning pains in getting them set up. Blade synchronization, blade sizes (again, going back to tolerance), blade position at idle, linkage adjustability, etc....other than that, slap a fat cam in and enjoy the throttle response.
My LS-1/7 ITB eight stack uses 65mm butterflies made of .080" thick Brass ALSO needed for GOOD closed throttle air control. (Low Idle RPM)
Your next concern was solved using my method of positioning the throttle shafts perpendicular to the crankshaft all mounted on "ball" bearings.
There are ONLY two, L & R, linkage bars set when assembled with little chance for miss-alignment or future adjustment.
Thus the only "sync" is for the Left & Right banks which is quite simple to get correct.
The castings ALSO address another concern of yours, the AIR BALANCE, by a provision of a 5/8" bore passage way to provide EVEN air distribution under the butterfly AND easy ability to connect that passage to MAP, VAC, etc. (OVRKILL reply)

Never buy cheap parts. They're too expensive.
Lance, you need to work on your web site a bit. You need more pics of cool stuff.
