Default air "egr" question

looking to delete air system, 02 ws6, but every kit i come up with online comes with 3 block off plates. arent there only 2 air entrances? 1 off each manifold?

am i missing something?

One might be a block off plate for the egr into intake manifold

my intake manifold doesnt have an opening for the air system being an 02. hmmm

With your car being an 02, you do not have the EGR setup. You will only need the 2 block off plates for your AIR. One on each manifold.

Are you sure you're not looking at the block-off kits for the '98s to'00s??

I may have not been looking enough for the 01-02 setup. Just weirded me out seeing 3 block offs
