Trying to get my 5.3 I built to fire on a stand have power to coils and injectors but still no fire, or fuel on spark plugs. The PCM is a tuned one from blackbear performance. Will be swapping this into my 71 Chevelle sometime in the fall.
What do you guys think is going on with it?

"Rent" yourself a noid light (verifies injector pulsing) from Autozone, etc. You will plug it in to your injector. if no pulsing on engine cranking, proceed from there.
Afterward, you get your "rent" money back.

Check that PCM sees CKP signal (it reports RPM).
