I am needing some input on if I am going to get the Sound I am Looking for ( Deep and Throaty when Idling, and especially at WOT ) , If I take the Cover plate ( Triangular shaped ) off, that is Right Where the Borla Exhaust connects to my Passenger Side Exhaust Tip ( it's a 4" Dual/Dual exhaust tips )

Hoping this will give me a throatier and Deeper sound if I remove the Cover plate , then it currently is with the plate on there
