catch can contents
Like thunderstruck said, you either have a lot of condensation build up or fuel is getting in there. If it smells like gas and oil mixed, there's your answer. Mine looked like that from time to time on my procharged sss, but it was never that chunky.

At worst, you have coolant leaking into your crankcase.
At best, it's condensation. How long do you normally drive the car? 30 min? 45? Usually takes a while for the oil to heat up enough to cook the condensation out of it.
As for the fuel, the only cause I can think of is excessive blow-by from worn rings.

Open the radiator cap and have a look inside. Also, any of this stuff on the coolant overflow tank stick?
If it's foamy like your pics, there may be a rebuilt engine in your near future.

I get this alot during winter months when i warm the car up every other week or so.Its the condensation in my case..and it has a weird smell to it.not like gas in the oil smell..just a weird foul odor lol. But during the summer it would be black runny oil.
alright cool, i think everything is okay then.. I have been driving it this winter cause my daily crapped out on me. I only drive 10 miles to work n it takes maybe 15 minutes to get there so I'd say it's the condensation because it isn't that bad during the summer

Yes, I get that during the winter and that same sludge will sometimes build up on the filler cap as well. I do a lot of short trips in town. Been doing it for 13 years and running ...
what would cause the condensation
